Position Ten: The Cross

This position is very close to the Splitting Bamboo with a few differences. If couples like the Splitting Bamboo I highly recommend this one or if couples are feeling particularly adventurous tonight they should try this one. It’s a good flexible beginners position for couples. One partner lies on their back with one leg stretched out. The other leg is curved upward. The other partner straddles one of the bottom partner’s stretched out thighs. The top partner slides the bent leg under their arm so that the bottom person can be comfortable as well as the top. The top partner can control the tempo of the movements by putting their hands on the bed, on the other partner, or behind them, whichever is more comfortable. The important thing to remember is that this is fun and that if uncomfortable you can try Splitting Bamboo or changing the pressure or rhythm.
